Wendy Nicoson is currently Vice President & Plant General Manager of the Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, California. Wendy is the first female Plant Manager for Edwards Lifesciences.
Prior to this role, Wendy was Sr. Director of Global Planning. She originally joined Edwards in 2014 as Director of Supply Chain in Draper, Utah. Prior to that, Wendy was the Supply Chain Director for Global Foundries in New York. Wendy also worked at Motorola for 17 years. During her career, she has held roles such as Operations Director, Sourcing Director, Manufacturing Manager, and Capital Equipment Category Manager.
Wendy has a Masters’ degree in Supply Chain and has served on the Board of Directors for YMCA and the Supply Chain Advisory Board for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
Wendy is married and has one daughter. They all enjoy walking and playing with their Vizsla dog on the beach in San Clemente, CA., where Wendy and her family reside.
